Delivery Information
Christmas & New Year Delivery Information (19.12.25 – 05.01.26)
Orders Placed Before 1pm on 19.12.25:
For delivery before Christmas, we ask that you place your orders before 1pm on Friday 19th December.
All orders placed following this deadline will continue to be dispatched via DPD, however we are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Please note: We’ll do everything possible to ensure your order is dispatched promptly so that our courier (DPD) can deliver it before Christmas. While we expect the vast majority of orders to arrive on time, there may be rare circumstances beyond our control that prevent delivery. If this happens, we truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
Orders Placed after 1pm on 19.12.25 to 05.01.26:
During this period it may take our team some extra time to dispatch your order, therefore the expected delivery times will be between 3-7 working days.
Standard Delivery Information
Although we make every effort to ensure that deliveries are on schedule, occasionally delays with couriers do happen. We will do our best to resolve any issues on behalf of our customers but will not be able to provide refunds with regards to shipping fees if the issue is outside our remit.

- £4.50 flat rate – we use a range of couriers dependant on weight and location
- Free delivery for orders over £45.00 (excluding any discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated)
Delivery Options / Trade Customers
UK Mainland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland
- £9.95 flat rate using a 2 day delivery service. This is a tracked and signed for service.
- Free delivery with minimum spend of £350 ex vat and discounts/promotions unless otherwise agreed.
